Introduction

About FraudHosting

FraudHosting is a free service for hosting providers. The service was created to unite efforts and fight against dishonest clients. Companies that are members of the community can report unwanted clients to FraudHosting.

Thus, when this client moves from one hosting provider to another, the other provider can check the history of complaints about this client using our service and act accordingly.

To search for information about a client, it is enough to specify the sha1 hash of Email address, IP address of registration, client name, phone number or other data. The service will provide the number of reports, the number of report points, comments on reports, as well as information about which provider name and report date.

Having received the report, provider independently decide on precautionary measures regarding a specific client.

Data secure

FraudHosting service does not know the real names, phone numbers, email addresses and other data of your clients,

When the hosting provider checking or reporting the client in the FraudHosting, it does not transmit account information as is.

Instead, each value is hashed recursively 32000 times on the hosting provider side, then sent to the FraudHosting.

The hosting provider does not disclose the real data of its clients to FraudHosting, therefore it does not violate any requirements of the GDPR or other laws regarding personal data, their storage and transfer to third parties.
